John and Liz will be heading off to South Edwardes Square, Kensington, W8 6HL which is open as part of the National Garden Scheme (Yellow Book) a national charity which raises funds for mostly medical institutions. If you would like to join us for the afternoon, you can buy tickets on the door or in advance. The garden is open from 12.00 – 17.00, we’ll be there from 12.00. Admission is £6.00. South Edwardes Square (grade II listed) is one of London’s famous private squares’ gardens – normally only open to the public on 2 days a year. It’s 3.5 acres, is a 12-minute walk from High Street Kensington Tube station. If the beauty of the garden isn’t enough to tempt you, there will be tea, coffee and cake on sale. We will be outside Highstreet Kensington Station at 11.45 if you would like to meet us there so that we can walk down together, but please let us know so that we can look out for you.
