All BBC and BBC partners staff can enjoy a wealth of services ranging from working up a sweat to the pursuit of a life long interest; as a place to meet friends or to work up the next big idea. Members benefit from discounted rates in our Clubs and on our services as well as a plethora of additional online benefits and high street deals. ¿Te encanta el Cava?
About
It’s time to rethink the domination of prosecco as being the only cheaper alternative to champagne and English sparkling wines.
Everywhere you go, from supermarkets to bar and restaurants, there is a proliferation of prosecco, often with a dubious sickly-sweet quality. Well, it’s time to turn back the clock and remember the alternative we use to enjoy – Cava. It’s made using the same method as champagne, which gives it a similar delicious biscuity flavour.
We’ll be trying a variety of Cavas, including vintage, to rekindle our love affair with this Spanish fizz.
